What States Can't We Ship To?
Cycling Frog products are federally legal hemp goods, containing less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. However, some states have their own regulations on our products. See below for an up-to-date list of all states we are not currently able to ship to.
Alabama Paused
Alabama's House Bill 445 (HB 445) activated sweeping restrictions on consumable hemp products, impacting our ability to ship to the state.

California has temporary regulations in place (DPH-24-005 / DPH-24-005E) from Governor Newsom's office limiting what THC products can be shipped into the state. Unfortunately, these regulations prevent Cycling Frog products from shipping to California at the current time.

Colorado PARTIALLY RESTRICTED
Colorado's current regulations restrict us from shipping THC items to the state unless they contain a CBD-to-THC ratio of at least 15:1 and THC per serving under 1.75mg. Unfortunately, this restriction covers much of the Cycling Frog product catalog.
However, we've got some good news for our friends in the Centennial State! Our product team has created Colorado-specific beverages, which comply with Colorado's current regulations. These beverages are available now!
SHOP COLORADOLouisiana Paused
LA Act 752 significantly tightened the regulations surrounding consumable hemp products, impacting our ability to ship many Cycling Frog products to the state.

New Jersey PAUSED
Beginning April 13th, 2026, New Jersey has restricted hemp-derived THC products to in-person sales only, and limited potency for beverages to a maximum of 10 mg total THC. Our products are now only sold by establishments that hold NJ liquor licenses. To find our products in stores, please visit our store locator.
