The new Congressional spending bill includes a restriction on hemp-derived products. This language was slipped into an urgent funding bill, rather than being discussed or voted on by lawmakers. A year from now, the ban will take effect, making all the Cycling Frog products you enjoy illegal.

Here’s what matters most for you right now: You will continue to have full access to Cycling Frog products throughout the next year, until November 12, 2026.

Over the next 12 months, we, along with our allies in the hemp industry, will fight tooth and nail for new hemp legislation. We’re committed to keeping our products available to you while this process unfolds. The end goal is common-sense regulation that protects your access to safe, effective, and reliable hemp products.

Every voice matters. Post on social media. Call your Senators and Representatives in Washington DC (contact information can be found here). Tell your story, and inspire your friends and family to do the same.
