Some people find a very small amount of CBD to provide the adequate effect, while others take much more depending on their body and circumstance. CBD is a very personalized supplement and may not be effective for some individuals’ specific goals. It is also important to understand that you will not necessarily feel anything when using CBD, and the effect may sometimes be in what you no longer notice.
