No Purchase Necessary. Must be 21 years of age or older to enter. All entrants must reside and be a citizen of the United States of America at the time of entry. The contest begins June 15, 2023 at 12:00am and ends on September 5, 2023 at 11:59pm. All entries must be received by September 5, 2023 at 11:59pm to qualify, including mail in entries. Many will enter, few will win. In order to enter, the entrant must complete the online submission form on the Cycling Frog website (www.cyclingfrog.com) or send a self-addressed, stamped, entry form to:

Each eligible entrant must complete and submit the Cycling Frog Endless Summer Contest Form. Each eligible entrant must provide their name, email address, phone number (optional), and confirm they are at least 21 years of age. Each eligible entrant agrees to receive marketing emails and communications from Cycling Frog. Eligible entrants may unsubscribe from Cycling Frog's email list at any time. Each eligible entrant is then provided one (1) chance to win (1) of (10) prizes. (10) lucky winners will receive a Cycling Frog Endless Summer Prize Packs (includes shipping). Each Endless Summer Prize Pack has a cash value of $250 (includes shipping). Each Endless Summer Prize Pack winner will be selected at random and announced on September 6, 2023. The winner will be notified by Cycling Frog directly. 

Odds in winning the Grand Prize 1 in 2,500

Cycling Frog will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Cycling Frog takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value. The winner's name, address, email address, legal identification (ID) and phone number of the winner must be provided to  Cycling Frog  and will be shared internally to enable fulfillment of the Grand Prize. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond  Cycling Frog's reasonable control,  Cycling Frog reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

Cycling Frog's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
